All new scooters come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. We strongly recommend you read the warranty book to properly learn the terms and conditions, but here’s a quick overview to help you out:
- your warranty is transferable
- there is no mileage restriction, just 12 months (from the date of sale)
- the scooter must be taken to an authorized Vespa dealer to claim warranty work
- to keep your warranty valid, you must follow the servicing schedule as outlined in the warranty manual. The servicing must be done at an authorized Vespa dealer
- there are specific exclusions from the warranty. Consult the warranty book for details.
A two year Extended Warranty is also available for purchase at the time of sale. The Extended Warranty is an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty and covers the same items and has the same exclusions. Ask us for more details.
